From one Britney to another Brittany, disorder seems to be following them! This time we are talking about Miss Murphy, or maybe we should now refer to her as Mrs Monjack?

After marrying 'Factory Girl' executive producer and writer Simon Monjack in April after only dating for four months, friends and family are concerned about the effect his dodgy dealings (including two warrants for his arrest in Virginia for alleged credit-card theft and fraud, an unpaid $6,087 legal bill, and a $502,910 judgment against him by a British investment firm) will take on the star of, er, 'Just Married'.

US Weekly reports that Murphy had to bail her husband out of jail after he overstayed his tourist visa. There is speculation that Monjack pushed for marriage so that he could get a visa. A source has even revealed that Murphy had to pay for her own engagement ring.

Let's just hope she signed a good pre-nuptial agreement...

by cate: If a woman buys her own engagement ring, warning bells should be going off all over the place! She shouldn't have done it. If she wanted to marry him, then she should have settled for a simple wedding band. What joy is there in an engagement ring that you bought yourself? It must be only for show, but it's pretty pathetic! She's probably buying everything for the two of them. As a woman, she should know that she deserves better!

American actress Brittany Murphy's British husband reportedly faces deportation after outstaying his work visa in the US.

The 'Just Married' star stunned Hollywood when she married producer Simon Monjack earlier this month. But now tabloid, the National Enquirer, has said that Monjack is an illegal visitor in the US, reports hollywood.com.

And to make matters even worse, the publication has dug up information suggesting Monjack has a civil judgment against him and a series of felony arrest warrants.

A spokesperson at Immigration & Customs Enforcement confirmed to the tabloid that Monjack faces a court hearing about his future in the US in July and could be kicked out of the country.

Monjack, who was among the producers of Sienna Miller's film 'Factory Girl', recently spent nine days in jail after he was arrested at Murphy's home in March.

Brittany Murphy's Husband Defends His Reputation

Brittany Murphy's new British husband insists the numerous arrest warrants and civil lawsuits logged against him are normal procedure for a successful businessman. Producer Simon Monjack wed Murphy earlier this month after just four months of dating.

Last week, the National Enquirer exposed the Brit as an illegal visitor and dug up information suggesting Monjack has a civil judgment against him and a series of felony arrest warrants. But Monjack, who faces a court hearing about his future in America in July and could be kicked out of the country, insists his reputation is being tarnished by people jealous of his success.

He tells publication Us, "Like all businessmen, I have faced many lawsuits. It is a real tragedy that success, greed, envy and celebrity are the motivation for attacking my family and character."

Monjack's lawyer claims all cases against his client have either been dismissed, are settled or are being resolved. He also expects the arrest warrants to be dropped, the engagement rings waiting
